Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards. Earlier check-ins must be requested in advance and confirmed by the hotel.

By Car:
From Lisbon:
- Take the A8 motorway and exit at Alcobaça/Nazaré/Valado dos Frades.
- After the gate, turn left in the direction of Alcobaça. -
- After 1.5 km, turn right and following the signs for Termas Piedade; hotel.

From the north:
- Take the A1 motorway (Porto/Lisbon).
- Follow the signs for Leiria and the A8.
- Once on this motorway (A8), head in the direction of Alcobaça.
- Take the exit for Alcobaça/Nazaré/Valado dos Frades. -
- Follow the signs to Alcobaça and after 1.5 km, turn right and follow the signs to Termas piedade; hotel.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival are free of charge.

In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the rate of the 1st night will be charged.
