The hotel can accommodate conferences for up to 100 delegates and can offer private dining and private bar facilities.

The rooms are different in size and reflect the character of the property. Some rooms are located in the main building and the rest are in the coach house which is immediately opposite to the hotel. There are a number of ground floor rooms.

Breakfast is served from 06:45 until 09:30.
Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:30.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:30.

Usk became established in the 11th century when the castle was built. It is an attractive Welsh market town located on the River Usk. The town has won numerous awards in the annual Wales in Bloom competition.
There are an impressive 14 different circular walks that can be taken from the hotel and these follow country lanes, river banks and the numerous footpaths and bridleways that abound the area and take in some of the finest countryside in Wales.

Usk is a mecca for the fisherman. The river, which is located just a few metres from the hotel, provides some superb salmon and trout fishing, and just a short drive away there is fishing available in the Usk reservoir.

Within just a 16 km/ 10 mile radius of the town there are 15 golf courses, antique and gift shops, many cosy pubs and restaurants. For touring or business trips the hotel is ideally located Usk with Cardiff, Newport, and Bristol etc a short drive away and with quick and easy access to the M4 and the M5.

By Car:
- Take the M4 west for Newport and the exit at junction 24.
- Get on the A449 for Usk and continue for around one mile.

The hotel is on the corner of Porthycarne Street (B4598) and has free parking.
