Splendid Guest Rooms feature a king size bed or twin beds and a convertible sofa as well as a Juliet balcony. Ideal for close friends who like to share.

Our Super Splendid Corporate Hotel Rooms are designed with a little more work space in mind. Some guest rooms also feature a Juliet balcony to let down your hair.

Of course you get to enjoy all the extras such as fine linens and fluffy hypo-allergenic goose down duvets, oversized bath towels and cotton robes. Chill out with a DVD film from our in-house selection or groove to your own iPod tunes on the iPod docking station in your guest room. Work or play on the complimentary high speed wireless and broadband internet access. Bathrooms come equipped with rich designer tiling and organic bath products from the West of Ireland.

West restaurant at The Twelve hotel, Galway features innovative dishes that highlight the region with the best seasonal ingredients. Everything at West restaurant is prepared a la minute and as such allows the Chef to cook to the depths of his soul. All breads and pastries are freshly made on site in The Pins Bakery. West is modern, lively and fun. True foodies can experience all the action at our Chef's Table, (up to twelve people) located in the heart of the kitchen where a personalized menu is prepared with specially selected wines for each course.

One of Ireland's most exciting wine collections is on display throughout the restaurant and Wine Maker's Dinners are to be a regular feature. The beautifully designed Champagne Bar serves up to twenty different wines and bubbles by the glass along with freshly shucked oysters.

There are many attractions in the Galway region including visits to the Galway Races Summer Festival (30 July – 5 August 2007). Many historic castles including Ross Castle and Aughnanure Castle can be visited. Visit the beautiful Arran Islands, located off Galway Bay or take a guided walking tour of Galway city. The region offers you a genuine taste of Ireland.
