By car:
- Take the M4 motorway.
- Exit at junction 33 and follow signs for the A4232.
- Stay on this dual carriageway for about 9 miles for Cardiff Bay.
- Exit the A4232 (Techniquest exit) directly after crossing the bridge over the estuary of the River Taff, just before the underpass.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st left, then take an immediate right before Techniquest into Havannah Street.

By train:
The city is well served by the national railway system, enabling an easy journey to Birmingham or Manchester and to London Paddington in just 2 hours. Cardiff Central Station is 5 minutes by car from the hotel. Let the hotel know if you want to be met off the train.

By air:

St David's Marine Spa will be closed for the period commencing Monday 7 July until Friday 1 August 2008 (inclusive) for an extensive refurbishment project. The gym and leisure facilities will be updated and extended, the treatment rooms will be renovated and upgraded, and the spa’s reception will be given a bright new look.
