Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00.
Lunch is served from 12:00 until 13:30.
Dinner is served from 18:30 until 20:00.

From Elizabeth Harbour:
Go straight and then take the first exit from the roundabout onto the dual carriageway. Get into the far right hand lane and turn right at the Grande Hotel. Turn right at the junction and then get into the left hand lane and follow the road left. You are now on Rouge Bouillon so just follow the road until you get to the roundabout and the Hotel is situated on the roundabout.

From the Airport:
Leave the airport and take the first exit from the roundabout onto the B36. Turn right at the next main junction onto the A12. Follow this road down to St Aubins Bay where you will turn left onto the A1. Follow this onto the dual carriageway (A2) and keep to the left hand lane. Turn left at the junction at the end of Victoria Avenue. Follow this road to the right and then get into the left hand lane - follow the road left and you are now on Rouge Bouillon. Follow this road to the roundabout and the hotel is located on the roundabout.

We require a GBP 30.00 per person deposit to secure any booking which is non- refundable in the event of cancellation

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 60.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child up to 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child up to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 60 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
