Heathrow Airport: Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. You can then get a 10 minute taxi ride to the hotel. Alternatively take the London Underground Piccadilly line from the airport to Holborn station and change to the Central Line to Marble Arch station. There is also the option of taking the a2 shuttle bus from Heathrow Airport which stops directly at the front of the hotel. A taxi from Heathrow Airport to The Cumberland Hotel will cost approximately GBP 40.

Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. It is then a 15 minute taxi ride to the hotel. If you would prefer you can take the London Underground from Victoria (Victoria Line) to Marble Arch (Central Line). A taxi from Gatwick Airport to the hotel will cost approximately GBP 90.

Stansted Airport: Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street station. From here take the London Underground (Central line) to Marble Arch.

Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 5.99 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 18.95 per person.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
