The Courtlands hotel is an elegant Victorian building situated on a tree lined avenue just 2 minutes from the Sea front and 5 minutes from a main line train station. The Courtlands is the only hotel in Hove that has its own private Car Park and an indoor heated swimming pool. We operate a wireless internet connection in the hotel and all our bedrooms are non- smoking. Our award winning restaurant is open everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Driving:
Take the M23 and A23 southbound into Brighton, following the road all
the way to the seafront. At the seafront, turn right towards Hove.
Follow the coast road for approx. 1 mile (you will pass the West Pier
on your left). Turn right into Grand Avenue, go through one set of
traffic lights, and The Courtlands is on your right.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children up to 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children up to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 3.00 per hour .

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and cost GBP 8.95 per person.
