The on-site Bistro offers a varied menu amid pine furniture and light, bright surroundings. The bar has warm, red decor and serves real ales, wines, snacks and pastries.

The conference facilities are comprised of the Two Rivers Suite and the Larkfield Room. The Two Rivers Suite can seat up to 80 and features its own toilet facilities, bar and entrance to a reception area. The Larkfield Room is a boardroom-style room suitable for up to 20 guests. Flip charts, an OHP, TV and monitor can be provided.
In addition to these, the Ballroom can stage dinner and dances for up to 150 people. Wedding receptions are a particular speciality of the hotel.

From the M4
- From the M4 exit at Junction 21
- Turn onto the M48
- Exit the M48 at Junction 2 and take the A466 for 1.5 km
- Turn right at the roundabout onto the A48

The Bistro is open from 18:30 to 21:00 on Sundays.
