Our hotel is located in the city centre and is within walking distance of all of Malmös attractions. In this historical building, dating back to 1888, StayAt has found a perfect location for its latest flexible and versatile apartment hotel concept. Featuring 60 studios and 8 two-room apartments all renovated in 2004, both hotel and extended staying guests will find comfort and hospitality.

Our restaurant RETRO will give you a healthy start to the day, and its international kitchen serves excellent meals both for lunch and evening arrangements.
Weekend time for breakfast: 8 am to 10 am.

Please note that the reception is open between 7.00 and 20.00 between Monday and Friday and between 8.00 and 16.00 between Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
