StayAt Senate (f.Skatudden) are located in the very heart of Helsinki and consist of 52 apartments (14 studios and 37 one-bedroom apartments, some with a private sauna). A luxury penthouse is also available. Senate offer the latest in modern technology including broadband internet connection.

ATTENTION: StayAt Senate reception is unmanned, but it is possible to check-in there 24 hrs/day. For check-in please contact StayAt Parliament reception (Mon-Fri 8 am-8pm) for getting the door codes for check-in to StayAt Senate.

Senate is located in one of Helsinki's most exclusive districts, Skatudden,surrounded by the sea and just a stone's throw away from the city centre and its attractions. All the major amenities, including shops, cafés, restaurants and cinemas are within walking distance. Skatudden is also where ferry traffic between Sweden and Tallinn docks, with the airport just a 30 minute drive away

Breakfast is not served in the restaurant but it is possible to prepare your own meals in the fully-equipped apartment kitchen.

A grocery store is located just 200 m from the property.

From the railway station;

-walk out from the right exit.
-You will see the department store Sokos.
- Walk behind Sokos and you will see tram stops.
-Take a tram nr. 4 towards Katajanokka (not towards Munkkiniemi)
-Get off at the stop Kauppiaankatu.
-Walk back for 20m then turn right for Kauppiaankatu and this property will be the third building on your lefthand side.

Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings for more than 5 rooms.

Payment information: If the booking is received 3 days prior to arrival then the credit card will be charged upon booking.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
