It is in easy walking distance of the Central train station and is only five miles from Southampton/Eastleigh Airport. The hotel has no car park of its own and the area at the front of the hotel is for 'set-down' and 'pick-up' only. Grosvenor Square multi-storey car park is behind the hotel and is operated by the City Council. The hotel will reimburse one ticket per room per 24 hours upon production of a valid receipt.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
