The Sorell Hotel Ador is located only a few minutes walk from the train station and the old quarter of Bern.
The Parking City West is located in the same building and accessible from the hotel via the lift.
The conference facilities are for up to 400 people and there is a restaurant on-site.
All of the rooms are elegantly furnished with ensuite bathrooms.
Food & beverage
The breakfast buffet is served from 06:00 until 10:30. The restaurant Gustave is open from 06:00 until 21:00.
In addition to the Hotel Ador, the City-West shopping centre houses several cinemas, a wide range of bars and restaurants, a billiard centre, a games centre, various shops and a fitness centre.
The hotel is located only five minutes walking distance to the main station of Bern and the picturesque old town.
By car:
- Take the motorway "Bern-Forsthaus" and exit at "Forsthaus-Inselspital" and follow signs to the city centre.
The "Bern-Forsthaus" motorway connection is in the immediate vicinity.
Please note that the restaurant is being renovated between 30 June and 01 September 2008. There is no restaurant service in this period. A bar is available, however.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Early departures are free of charge up to 24 hours before notice of the reception. In the case of later cancellations or no-shows the hotel will debit your card with the amount of one nights stay.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Children in parent's room: up to the age of 6 years no charge;
from 7-12 years: 50% discount on room rate per night incl. breakfat;
from 13-16 years: 30% discount on room rate per night incl. breakfat;
max. 2 children in parent's room allowed;
