The hotel is situated 50 km from Riga, in the centre of Sigulda, a town/region offering numerous leisure activities for every taste and mood.

The hotel offers a modern, bright interior with an atmospheric restaurant and bar. The rooms are well furnished and offer a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The hotel also includes a conference centre and Spa sauna and swimming pool.

There are two halls in the historic part of the hotel for seminars, conferences and parties, as well as four halls in a new seminar and conference centre.
The "Sigulda" hall can seat 120 people, while the other halls are for between 10 and 50 guests. All of the conference halls have modern equipment.

The hotel's recreation centre includes a sauna, steam sauna and a pool (28m2).

Rooms are located in the historic and modern part of the building.
