The conference rooms´ total capacity is 1300 persons.There are plans to open an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium next year.

The hotel is situated just a few metres from the historical and business centre of Ciudad Real. The city’s trade fair park and exhibition centre is nearby and the AVE high-speed train station is also just a short distance from the hotel.
Almagro (22 km) – This historic cultural site features a famous 17th-century theatre with a well-preserved original structure.
Valdepeñas (45 km) – This region is the home of one of the most famous Spanish wines.
Tablas de Daimiel (30 km) – This marshy area is a nature reserve and home to many species of bird.
Castillo de Calatrava (30 km) – This castle and fortress dates back to 1217 and originally belonged to the Cistercian order.
