The hotel is located in Ávila, next to the Cuatro Postes monument, near the city’s lookout point, with wonderful unique views of the city. Ávila is a superb and well-preserved example of a walled city from the Spanish middle ages and you can see the ancient 9th century city walls from the hotel’s privileged location. Within the city walls and in the surrounding neighbourhoods, the churches, convents, impressive monuments and narrow winding streets make this Spanish city a microcosm of Spanish history. Ávila’s traditional ancient charm brings the middle ages to life. Of particular interest are the city’s old quarter, the Extramuros church and Yacimiento de Atapuerca.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 100 km from Madrid Barajas International Airport.

By Train:
The hotel is approximately one km from the train station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station.

By Car (from Madrid Barajas International Airport):
- Leave the airport and take the A-10 motorway towards A Coruña, Burgos, Recintos Feriales.
- Take the M-40, following the directions for Calle Estación de Hortaleza.
- Take the A-6, towards A Coruña. Take the exit at the junction number 81, heading towards Avila, Segovia and Villacastin, and carry on for a further 23 km.
- Exit and take the N-110. Carry on onto the N-501 and enter into La Alamedilla.
- Continue on the Carretera de Salamanca (N-501), exit La Alamedilla and turn right on to Avenida de Salamanca, where the hotel is located.
