This is a real village spread over an area of 20000 square metres of enchanting natural environment in Mastichari of Kos island.

Here, guests can feel as if they are in a traditional village, savour nature and have the chance to participate in rural approaches to daily activity without having to forgot the comforts of modern living.

The village includes a swimming pool, restaurant and bar and a number of spa and wellness facilities. There is also free internet access and free parking.

The village covers an area of 20000 square metres and is comprised of three “neighbourhoods” (the Upper, Lower and Central neighborhood) that include : 18 three-story lodges - each with its own garden -, the hospitality hall, the reception area, the restaurant, the bar, the tea bar, the boutique, the library, the day care centre, the massage and aromatherapy facility and the swimming pool.

In the swimming pool area you can enjoy the beneficial attributes of hydro-massage. You can also enjoy a coffee or drink in the courtyard which is equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas.

The ranch features a vineyard, domestic animals, fruit trees and a vegetable garden.

The village has ground floor apartments of 55 square metres each and maisonettes of 85 square metres that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
