All our prices include breakfast. A small menu is available for room service. We offer a 3-course evening menu at competitive prices (please book in advance).

Airbourne is a 4 day international air show which attracts thousands of visitors every year. Eastbourne also hosts the annual Eastbourne tennis ladies tournament in June.

By Car:
- If either driving down the A22 or A27 follow the signs to Eastbourne and head for the seafront.
- Sea Beach House Hotel is located on Marine Parade 200 yards east of the pier.

By Train:
- Arriving by train into Eastbourne station walk through the town centre and head for the seafront towards the pier.
- Taxis are also available directly outside the station.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. There is a tea garden if guests wish to smoke outside. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
