The hotel is an official hotel of Manchester United, situated opposite the famous Trafford Centre shopping complex. We are located within a short drive of many attractions.

All 161 stylish bedrooms are en-suite with power shower and freeview. Within a couple of minutes of the hotel is a golf driving range and a modern leisure centre (discounts available to our guests). Of course, there are many other attractions for shoppers and non-shoppers alike. These include the Manchester United Stadium, Imperial War Museum North, Lowry Outlet Mall, Lowry Gallery/Theatre and the hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants, night clubs and theatres that you would expect from a cosmopolitan city such as Manchester.
Our hotel boasts 161 spacious, well appointed bedrooms including double doubles, family and accessibility rooms. The hotel is having some refurbishment but is taking care to maintain minimal disruption allowing you to relax in our stylish lounge or dine in the unique bar est and bistro.

On the Manchester M60 Orbital Motorway, come off at junction 10 heading towards the Trafford Centre (sign posted) onto Trafford Boulevard. The Tulip Inn is on your left hand side can be accessed by turning left at the first roundabout.

Please note payment is taken in full on arrival.

For group bookings, the cancellation period is:
* 10+ rooms - 1 week
* 20+ rooms - 2 weeks
* 30+ rooms - 1 month prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 13:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.
Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.
Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
