Nicolson apartments are spacious and private, creating a comfortable ambiance for all occasions. In the heart of the old town and only a short stroll away from Princes Street, the apartments are an ideal choice for both business and leisure guests.

Every room includes a fully fitted kitchen and has all integrated appliances. The pictures are all very recent. Being so centrally located, these apartments make an excellent base while visiting Edinburgh.

The apartments are a short walk from the Royal Mile, with Edinburgh Castle at one end and Holyrood Palace at the other end. Princes Street is also close by, the city's shopping hub, that also offers galleries and museums to explore, including the National Gallery of Scotland which houses art from Renaissance to Post-impressionist periods. Wander through Princes Street gardens, and visit the various surrounding bars and restaurants.

From Edinburgh city centre:
- Apartment are only a few minutes walk from Princess Street and Waverly Station.
- From the east end of Princes Street, turn right onto North Bridge and continue through South Bridge to Nicolson Street. West Nicolson Street is on the right.

Please note that that we do not have an on-site office at the apartment’s location. Please inform us 30 minutes ahead of the time of your arrival and someone will welcome you at the apartment with a set of keys and show you around. Please use the contact details given on your booking confirmation.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Pets are not allowed.
