By Car:
From the East:
- Exit the M4 via junction 29 and take the A48M/A48, signed for Cardiff.
- Exit the A48, signed for Cardiff East/Docks.
- Stay in the left-hand lane and follow signs for the city (A4161) to the roundabout.
- Take 2nd exit at this roundabout onto Newport Road and follow signs for the city (A4161) by continuing on this road.
- On the left you will see the Mercure Holland House Hotel, turn immediately left at the next set of traffic lights onto Fitzalan Place.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights drive straight on to Windsor Road.
- At the roundabout, take 3rd exit and filter into the left-hand lane.
- At the roundabout take the 1st exit, then go immediately left (signposted for the VW dealership).
- Follow road around to left and Mercure Lodge is situated on your right.

From the West:
- Exit the M4 via junction 33 and take the A4232 towards Cardiff Bay.
- Pass through the Queens Gate Tunnel.
- Upon exiting the tunnel, take the 1st left at the large roundabout, then right at the next smaller roundabout for Central Link A4232 towards the city centre.
- Take the 1st slip-road off and at the roundabout take the 4th exit, as if rejoining A4232 and then turn immediately left (signposted for VW dealership).
- Follow road around to left and Mercure Lodge is situated on your right.

The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
