All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00.
Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00.
Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:45.

By road: Enter Aberdeen on the a90. Turn left at Bridge of Dee onto the b9077. Travel 3 miles and see the hotel drive signposted on the left. 4.8 km (3 miles) from Aberdeen city centre. 5.6 km (3.5 miles) from Aberdeen railway station. 6.4 km (4 miles) from Aberdeen ferry terminal. 12.41 km (7.7 miles) from Aberdeen airport.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is cancelled outside the cancellation notice period your credit card will be charged one full night's accommodation. Pets are allowed at 10.00 gbp per pet per stay. Children between the ages of 5 and 16 years can be accommodated at a charge of 15 gbp per child when sharing a room with up to 2 adults subject to a suitable room being available. (Some room types may carry a supplement.) All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
