By public transport: From Victoria Station walk up Wilton Road, then continue up Denbigh Street. Turn left onto Belgrave Road, then take the first right onto Charlwood Street. If it is raining or if you have heavy luggage you can also take a taxi - it takes about 3 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 2.40 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 15.00 per day.
