The hotel was formerly 3 magnificent Regency private residences and was converted into a beautifully presented hotel at the turn of the last century. There are 90 en suite rooms, many commanding stunning sea views. All rooms are tastefully designed and feature Sky satellite TV, free Wi-Fi wireless internet access and modem-link telephones.

The Kings Hotel will be fully non-smoking from the 1 April 2008.

Many of the 90 newly refurbished bedrooms have magnificent sea views, making the hotel the ideal location for business, leisure or for a conference.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 23:30.

- Follow signs for Brighton City Centre and then seafront
- At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier follow signs for Hove so you are travelling along the seafront
- The hotel is located just past the West Pier.

Brighton Station is just 10 minutes walking away or about 4 GBP in taxi.

Car park is available on a 1st come 1st served basis. See reception as you arrive (you can pull up in front of the hotel as you arrive) who will advise you of availability.

Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of accommodation will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
