Howarth House hotel has been elegantly refurbished in 2008 to its original Victorian Splendour, offering a restful and rewarding residential space and a stylish Café providing home cooked food throughout your stay and complimentary wireless internet access.

All of the rooms have been individually designed to the highest standards and each room features luxurious fabrics and wall coverings from Laura Ashley. Every room has a luxurious en suite bathroom with a bath or shower and the en suite bathrooms come complete with the invigorating toiletries and luxury bathroom products you would expect in a boutique hotel.

All of the rooms are attractively appointed and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Every room has a sleek plasma flat-screen TV.

Howarth’s Coffee Shop is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and serves mouth-watering home cooked food from 8am in the morning for residents and is open from 10am to 5pm for non residents.
Delicious snacks and cakes are available daily in our tasteful and tranquil setting. With a variety of freshly ground coffees and English teas to tantalise your taste buds.

Howarth House is well situated to provide access to a wealth of local and regional attractions. Just a short walk away you’ll find the sights and attractions of St Anne’s promenade as well as bustling shops, restaurants and bars of St Annes Square.
Why not use Howarth House as a base to explore the surrounding area? Ten minutes away is the famous Royal Lytham Golf Club and the sights of Blackpool are only a short drive away. As well as the attractions of the Fylde coast you’ll find Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District a mere 45 minute drive away.

The hotel is located close to the very centre of St Annes.

By Car (from the M6 motorway):
- Leave the M6 motorway at junction 32 and exit onto the M55 motorway.
- Follow the signs for Blackpool International Airport.
- Continue past the airport, over Squires Gate Bridge.
- Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and follow this road through 2 sets of traffic lights for about 2 miles (3.2 km).
- After the 2nd set of traffic lights, you will see the hotel about 200 metres further on, on the left-hand side.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
