The hotel's conservatory can be used for events ranging from business talks to small workshops and all types of exhibitions. Our conservatory always offers you a pleasant atmosphere.

Internet: All rooms are equipped with a high-speed Internet connection for your computer. Additionally we have a separate computer-point.

The hotel offers 3 or 4 star rooms which vary in comfort and facilities.

The hotel also has a bar where you can enjoy drinks and snacks in a pleasant atmosphere. You can also enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in our newly re-designed garden.

The Hotel Kern Buam is situated near the centre of Graz. In a few minutes you can reach the Old Town to visit some of its beautiful sights, including the Kunsthaus Graz and the Schlossberg. It is also possible to make trips to the surroundings, to go for walks in the vineyards or see the federal stud Piber.

By Car:
Take the Motorway exit Graz Webling up to the roundabout, then exit in the direction of the centre of Graz.
- After 200 metres you will see our yellow and green information sign and a big Kern Buam hat on the right-hand side.

From Vienna, Klagenfurt:
- Take the Südautobahn A2.
- Continue to the junction of Graz-West, then in the direction of Graz Webling, to the roundabout Webling.
- Take the exit in the direction of the city centre.
- You will arrive at Kärntner Straße, after 200 metres you will see our yellow and green hotel information sign and a big Kern Buam hat on the right-hand side.

From Germany, Salzburg, Linz:
- Pyhrn motorway A9.
- Go in the direction of Graz-Süd, through the Plabutsch tunnel, then in the direction of Graz Webling.
- Take the exit to the city centre and at the next roundabout take the exit to the city centre in the roundabout again.
- You will arrive at Kärntner Straße, after 200 metres you will see our yellow and green hotel information sign and a big Kern Buam hat on the right-hand side.

From the central station of Graz:
Take tramway number 3 or 6 in the direction of the Jakominiplatz. Change to bus number 32, in the direction of Seiersberg, to the stop Wagner-Jauregg-Straße. You will arrive at Kärntner Straße, after 100 metres, you will see our yellow and green hotel information sign and a big Kern Buam hat on the left-hand side.

Third bed in a double room: EUR 24 including breakfast buffet (2007).

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child up to 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 24 per night and person for an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
