Under architectural supervision, the Villa Duchess has been completely refurbished and converted into a hotel with conference facilities. The basement contains the kitchen and breakfast room, plus toilets. On the ground floor, there are two adjoining conference rooms, the reception desk and office. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and another four on the second floor. Half of the bedrooms face the sea.

Villa Duchess has a bar on the ground floor. The basement houses the kitchen, where breakfast and snacks are prepared. The kitchen does provide lunches or dinners for the guests, but the receptionist can also show guests local restaurant menus and advise them where to go.

The breakfast is available from 08:00 to 10:00.

Primorski Park (Morska Gradina, Sea Garden) has been beautifully landscaped with leafy trees to provide shade. You will find cool places to sit, modern sculptures and fountains. The beach bordering the park is very popular (particularly in the summer months). The park houses a spa with mud and mineral water baths and the war memorial (Pantheon). It also contains such attractions as a dolphinarium, zoo, aquarium and planetarium, open-air theatre, sports and culture palace, and a festival and congress centre. Watersports are also on offer.

From Varna airport to the Duchess;

From the airport ;
-Take the main road in the direction of Varna centre (approximately a 10 minute drive) until the road ends at the cathedral.
- Drive into Maria Louise Boulevard and at the 3rd traffic lights, turn to the right into Tzvar Osvoboditel Str.
-Then at the 1st traffic lights, turn left into Knias Boris 1 Boulevard.

-When on this road, drive beside the well-known park Primorski on your right. This is a road of about 1800 m and on your right, you will see the hotel.
- Drive on for approximately 150 m and turn right into a road leading into the park. There is no sign at this road, and many people miss it. It is the only way to get to the hotel by car.
-Once you drive into this road, you immediately turn to the right again in the park, and drive slowly as the road is heavily potholed without street lamps.
-You then see the Duchess from the park side, and you can park the car on our parking lot.

By plane:

Varna has an international airport. From April up and until October there are direct charter flights from a lot of European cities. These flights last about two to three hours and fares start at around 200 EUR. There are scheduled flights as well throughout the year.They could double the journey time and costs. Villa Duchess is approximately 20 minutes by road from the airport. On request transportation to the Villa will be offered.

By public transport:
The nearest train station is Central Station which is 2000m from the hotel.
The nearest bus station is Dophinarium which is 50 m from the hotel.

The hotel provides one room for disabled which is not accessible by wheelchair. The bar and the public area of the hotel are accessible by wheel chair. An adequate bathroom and bed are provided.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
