The hotel is situated in the centre of Mörbisch, 2km from the harbour. There is easy access to the beach, bathing island and sun lawns via the pretty Lake Promenade.

The Hotel Drescher lies at the heart of the town of Mörbisch on Lake Neusiedl – known widely as the home of the Mörbisch Lake Festival. The hotel’s unique atmosphere and modern facilities (including indoor pool, sauna and solarium) welcome guests from near and far, and of all age groups.

The wonderful atmosphere of the local region makes it easy for guests to relax, recharge their batteries and leave day to day life behind for the duration of their stay.

The Wellness area is the perfect place to unwind. Every guest will find their own relaxing spot, whether it be at the pool, or in the gardens with sun bathing areas and a playground.

We also offer a sauna and solarium for guests to use, and guests can also play golf, sail, windsurf, ride and play tennis in the local vicinity.

We have a pool table at the Hotel Drescher. And for those guests who enjoy lifting weights and keeping fit, we have a room with a small selection of weights and exercise apparatus.

Our Hotel benefits from a large multi-functional seminar room – with a delightful view out onto Lake Neusiedl. The room offers modern technical equipment for conferences, seminars or meetings.

Our rooms are designed so as to provide you with the highest levels of comfort, and each room contains a WC and bath or shower.

The Restaurant at the Hotel Drescher provides culinary pleasure for all tastes. We use primarily local products. We offer classic Pannonian regional dishes, such as the Puszta Schnitzel, as well as more widely known specialities such as the Wiener Schnitzel. Which ever dishes you choose from, you can always finish of your meal with one of our delicious desserts or ice creams.

Our hotel bar offers night-owls the opportunity to enjoy one or two (or more) cocktails or long drinks before heading for bed. It’s easy to spend several days enjoying the region in such a relaxing atmosphere.

What would a visit to Burgenland be of it didn’t include a wine tasting session? That’s why our own Vinothek offers you the opportunity to sample a wide variety of wines from Mörbisch, with the assistance of a wine specialist. You can spoilt your palette with our selection of over 50 wines, all of which can be sampled in our atmospheric Vinothek.

We will gladly arrange a wine tasting session (minimum 10 persons, maximum 50), upon request. Please contact the Reception for further details. Tasting sessions can also be arranged for groups not staying at our hotel.

We can also arrange walks through the local vineyards in the unique landscape of the Rust hills, guided by a local vintner. This also requires advance booking with the hotel reception.

You can also make use of a varied number of sports provided locally: golf, sailing, windsurfing, riding, tennis, and Nordic walking.

In addition to these activities, the local area also offers walks through the vineyards, wine tastings in our Vinothek or in one of the famous wineries around the hotel, as well as walks by torchlight and horse drawn carriage rides.

From Vienna on highway A3:
- Take exit Eisenstadt Süd to Neusiedlersee-Rust-Mörbisch.
- In Mörbisch turn right at the first crossing toward Hauerstrasse.
- Follow Hauerstrasse until the hotel.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
