Golden Sands Hotel Apartments are situated centrally and very close to shopping centres, banks, consulates & exhibition centres. The beach is also close by.
All Rooms include a kitchen with cooker/hot plate, fridge, washing-machine, cutlery, crockery. We also provide a complimentary bottle of water and a welcome-pack to make tea/coffee. Daily Housekeeping is also provided.

The Hotel has one restaurant which is open 24-Hours. It also has 24 hour room service.
The hotel is only 11 km away from Dubai International Airport.
Guests can reach the hotel by taxis easily available at the airport. Please note that our apartments are located in different buildings, all in the same block.
Studios & Two-Room Studios are in Golden Sands building No 3 which are close to Standard Chartered Bank, Mankhool Street, Bur Dubai.
2 Bedroom apartments & 3 Bedroom apartments are in Golden Sands building No 10 which is near Bur Juman Centre, Trade Centre Road, behind the New Spinneys.
If the hotel cannot get pre-authorisation on the guests' credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.
Upon check-in, a copy of the guest's credit card has to be given as a guarantee.
If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the following countries, please arrange your VISA before arrival. This hotel can NOT arrange a VISA for you.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
