The Gite du Roy offer business and leisure travelers the ideal accommodation and location: 35 minutes from Maastricht, 30 minutes from Liege and 40 minutes from Aachen.
Please note that "Venus" and "Doux Reve" are located at the 80/2 chemin du bois du roi in Warsage.

Food & beverage
All apartments are self-catered and come with a fully equipped kitchen.
This accommodation offers a catering service which you can reserver 3 or 4 days in advance, it is not possible to order for Sundays
Local attractions include:
- Golf and Country Club: indoor and outdoor tennis courts.
- The network Ravel line 38: this old railway line has been changed into a walking and cycling route to explore the surrounding area.
- The tourist center of Blegny mines.
- Pays de Liège: enjoy the sites whilst cruising along the river Meuse.
- The Viaduct of Moresnet.
- Voeren (les Fourons) and its natural reserves.
Local towns and cities include: Aken (Aix-la-Chapelle), Gulpen (which has a sub-tropical swimming pool), Maastricht, Liege, Visé and Aubel, which has a traditional market every Sunday
Your reservation is effective from the moment that we receive the entire payment for your booked stay. You will then receive a confirmation within one week's time.
Cleaning costs EUR 40.
For the use of the swimming pool, water, electricity, etc. we charge EUR 12 per day (during the summer as well as the winter).
The hotel requires EUR 200 guaranty per apartment
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 32 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
