Our hostel is located in one of the most charming parts of Warsaw, the quiet district of old Mokotów, characterised by its numerous green areas and different architectural styles.

A beautiful old garden surrounds our villa, which in the evenings hosts relaxed drinks amongst the trees. In the summer the swimming pool becomes available and the garden contains a volleyball field. We enjoy a privileged location on a private property very close to the city centre, with easy transport links to all parts of the city and just a 5 minute walk away from Wodny Park.

We offer our guests an open kitchen and living-room which can be transformed into a conference room. You have complete freedom because we are open 24 hours a day. Come and stay in our recently renovated residence, superbly situated in a tranquil area with excellent connections to the sites that Warsaw has to offer.

Garden Villa Pension is our second location opened in Warsaw, the first is Hostel Kanonia. In July and August 2006 we carried out a grand renovation to welcome our guests with new decor and clean surroundings, but also keeping the unique character of the old pre-war building. We have also recently added showers to a few more rooms.

On the ground floor there is a room featuring a small bar where our guests can rest, watch TV or listen to music. This room may also be easily used as a conference room holding up to 35 people. Adjacent, there is an open kitchen to prepare your own meals or you can choose something from the available menu.

In a small number of rooms you can access our local computer network and the internet. Besides this, in the building there are two computers with internet connections available.

All our rooms have single beds and are freshly and colourfully renovated. Most of the rooms feature a view of the old garden and trees surrounding our villa.

Breakfast and a small dinner can be ordered, but we also have a fully equipped kitchen, from which we offer our guests full course meals.

The surrounding area is characterised by its green areas and beautiful villas. The city centre is a 13 minute tram ride and the old town is 15 minutes away by bus.

Warsaw's points of interest:

Wodny Water Park – 5 min walk:
This is a newly established sports and recreation centre and features Warsaw's only Olympic-size pool, water slides, water geysers and an outdoor heated pool with waterfall and spa. Facilities also include a bar with bowling alley, restaurant and music club.

Łazienki Royal Park – 10 minute walk:
At 80 hectares this is the largest park in Warsaw, featuring two temples created by a Polish royal architect, statues and the lakeside Lazienki palace.

Wilanów Castle and Park – 20 minutes by bus:
Home to the ‘Polish Versailles’ with its landscaped gardens, museum, paintings and royal portrait gallery.

By Car:
- We are 100 metres on the left from the Puławska Street and Dolna Street corner.
- Or 700 metres on the right from the Jana Sobieskiego Street and Dolna Street corner.

By Tram:
At the city centre get tram number 36 from stop Centrum07 (Al Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska corner) towards Wyścigi.
Get off at Morskie Oko 03 stop: Puławska Street.
After leaving the tram go back and right at the lights, cross the street and turn right along Puławska Street.
After 200 metres you will reach the next corner: Puławska and Dolna. Turn left and go down the street for about 150 metres.
On the left-hand side you will reach a large, enclosed green area. Reach the gate, go inside and on the right you will see our hostel.

By Bus:
At the central train station:
Get bus number 130 from stop Dw.Centralny05 (Chałbińskiego Street) towards Wilanów.
Get off at Morskie Oko 01: Puławska Street.

Go towards Konwiktorska.
Get off at Rakowiec 02 (Zwirki Wigury Street).
Change to bus number 172.
At Stop Rakowiec 03 (Raclawicka Street) head towards Sadyba.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
