The inn does not serve breakfast, however, you can find many food courts, restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity where you can enjoy variety of local foods.

Fenix Inn is located in the heart of the historic city of Melaka. It is within walking distance of Dataran Pahlwan Megamall, Mahkota Parade, Mahkota Medical Centre, Commercial Hub, shopping districts, entertainment and places of interest. You can request late check-out from the front desk depending on room availability. A set amount will be charged if you check out later than 2 hours after the check-out time of 12:00. Check-out after 17:00 is considered as an extended stay and one night’s room rate will be charged.

You can check-in earlier subject to room availability. However, there will be a surcharge if you wish to check in before 12:00. If you reach the hotel earlier, you can leave your luggage free of charge and go out whilst waiting for the room to be available for check-in.

You can pay by company cheque within 7 working days in advance before check-in date.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Pets are not allowed.
