The hotel offers 3 dedicated meeting suites, which can accommodate up to 180 people for business meetings, training seminars, or cocktail and wine receptions, private lunches and dinners. The garden level of the hotel provides a spacious area for the Estuary Club, the hotel’s leisure, health and beauty centre.
The hotel offers an extensive range of menus to choose from, complemented by a contemporary wine list, and the Event Coordinator will be happy to assist and advise you in your selection, and be on hand to ensure that your event runs according to plan from start to finish.
In the new wing of the hotel, all rooms are equipped to offer you 4-star amenities to ensure that your stay with us will be both relaxing and comfortable. These rooms are in a sylvan setting with woodland and garden views.
Non-smoking rooms are available on request when making your reservation, or on check-in at hotel, subject to availability. We have a number of disabled rooms that feature specially adapted bedroom furnishings and bathrooms.
Food & beverage
Enjoy classical cuisine accompanied by fine wines in the elegant surroundings of The Roseville Room. The restaurant spans 3 rooms, including 2 ornate drawing rooms in the original house and a garden conservatory. Breakfast is served each morning from 07:30 to 10:30, with extended hours over weekends and on bank holidays. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:30 each evening, and we strongly recommend that you book your table in advance either on arrival at hotel or when making your hotel reservation. Lunch is served every Sunday from 12:30 until 15:00.
To the right of reception lies the bar area, which comprises 3 stylish inter-linking rooms of the old house, including piano lounge, cocktail bar and resident's bar. The bar is open daily from 11:30 until 23:30. Food is served daily from 12 noon.
By Car (from Waterford):
- Follow the Dunmore Road from Waterford city and continue straight for approximately 3 miles (4.8 km).
- At the fork in the road, take the left turn signposted Passage East and then veer right under the railway bridge by Jack Meade's Pub.
- Continue straight for about 2 miles (3.2 km) and Faithlegg is on your left.
From Wexford:
- Follow the well-marked route to Waterford from Wexford town.
- Continue through New Ross along the N25 and onto Waterford, where you cross the bridge and turn left down the quays towards the Tower Hotel.
- Take the 1st left after the Tower Hotel (Dunmore Road) and follow directions as above.
