Light airy rooms, all recently refurbished to a very high standard. Included in each room are LCD televisions with "Freeview".

Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 18:30.

From m5 Exeter to a38, follow signs for Torquay a380. At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit sign posted Torqauy a380. Continue straight across next roundabout a3022 (do not turn right). Follow a3022 until you have Torre station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right hand lane. Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.

Late check-outs are only available with prior arrangement and at a small additional charge.

Guests travelling by public transport may leave their luggage at reception for collection later in the day.

We are happy to collect our guests from the local train/coach station provided that we are notified of the arrival time in advance.

Group bookings: no single sex group bookings are allowed.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged GBP 13.50 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 27.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Pets are not allowed.
