East London and Queen Mary University are located near the hotel, as well as other local colleges. The O2 Arena is 3 Tube stops from Stratford.

On Foot
From Stratford train, Tube and bus station:
On exiting the station, bear right and walk out towards High Street. Bear right and continue walking down High Street going past Duncan House – University of East London, and then shortly after, the Esso Station. The hotel is located in the corner of Carpenters Road.

By Bus
Bus number 25 is a 24-hour bus service between Central and East London. Stops are located within 20 metres of the hotel.

By Car
From the M25:
- Follow signs for Stansted Airport until junction 28. Join the A12 at junction 28 bound for the Blackwall Tunnel.
- Turn into Stratford (A118).
- On taking the slip road off the A12, at the roundabout take first exit left onto High Street (A118). Hotel is approximately 1 mile on the left at the Junction of Carpenters Road.

From London City Airport:
- Head east on Aaron Hill road, and turn onto County Road.
- Enter the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Alpine Way.
- Turn right onto Woolwich Manor Way/A117 and turn a slight left onto the ramp to merge with the A13.
- Turn slightly right onto the ramp to merge onto the Blackwall Tunnel Northern approach/A12.
- Turn slightly left onto the Bow Interchange and enter the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto High Street (A118).

By Public Transport
From London City Airport:
Take Docklands Light Rail (DLR) train to Canning Town (3rd Stop). At this station change to the Jubilee Line to Stratford Station (2nd Stop).

From Heathrow Airport (Terminals 1,2 and 3).
From Heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3, take the Heathrow Connect train towards Paddington station and stop at Ealing Broadway. From this station take the Central Line towards Hainault or Epping and stop at Stratford station.

If you check-out prior to the check-out date of your booking, you will be charged the early departure fee of GBP 50.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
