The hotel is situated just off the M27 (junction 5) near Southampton Airport.
- Come off the M27 Junction 5.
- Exit the roundabout in the direction of Chandlers Ford, also signposted Concorde Club & Hotel.
- The hotel is approximately 500 metres on your right-hand side; look for the big green sign for the Concorde Club & Hotel, Ellington Lodge.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
