The resort houses an extensive range of restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes. Three of the restaurants are open for breakfast, some require reservations, demand dress codes and all are non-smoking.

There is the semi-formal Arrecifes restaurant, colourful and creative Latin style Vida Garden Grill restaurant which has a dedicated Margarita menu, Mexican gourmet La Carreta restaurant with its Tequila centric La Cantina bar, modern Italian Mia Casa restaurant and the oriental Klay Talay restaurant.

The bars include Las Guacamayas which is open until 2:00 and provides tropical music, exotic cocktails and Mexican beers, the pool-side Los Cotorros and three swim-up bars open until 18:00.

Also on-site is the Sandwicherie, which serves pizzas among other cuisine and the Guacamaya’s Lounge, open until 2:00, with its thatched roof and unique ocean view.

The hotel is located on the secluded beach of Kantenah, approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun airport and 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen.

From Cancun international airport:
- Take the Carretera Cancun Tulum road heading south.
- After 95 km, the hotel will be on the left by Kantenah Bay.

Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. The cost of the entire stay is charged by the hotel at the moment of reservation.
