In an effort to make every stay as comfortable as possible, every room is provided with a welcome pack upon arrival of the guest.

Guests can enjoy a daily continental breakfast from room service in the privacy of their rooms from 07:00 to 11:00.

Holders of passports from the following countries can get an entry permit stamped in their passport on arrival:

France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia.

Those holding visas for AGCC countries (certain designations only) can also get an entry permit stamped in their passport on arrival.

If you are not a passport holder in one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after you have made your reservation (subject to availability only). If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
