m5 - follow signs for a38 Plymouth; follow City Centre signs and then Continental Ferryport signs, the hotel is on your left, immediately off a large roundabout.
From Cornwall:
follow a38 to Plymouth; cross the Tamar Bridge and follow City Centre signs. Pass railway station; at roundabout take 3rd exit, the hotel is clearly visible.
If you do require check in prior to 2pm, please contact the hotel in advance to see if this can be arranged.
