The recently built meeting rooms have a capacity of 20 - 80 people. The lounge, secretarial office with fax, computer and dedicated telephone lines, screen and audio/visual projection system are also at your disposal.
A laundry service, room service and car rental are available on request. Excursions are also available through reception.
The hotel has 60 spacious rooms, spread over 7 floors. Standard Rooms, Superior rooms and Suites are available.
Each room comes with a private bathroom with shower/bath, colour TV, minibar, air conditioning/heating and direct-dial telephone, most also have a balcony.
All 10 Suites have a capacity of up to 4 people. They have a lounge and bedroom.
The Presidential Suite and the Colonna Suite are situated on the top floor, offering you a panoramic view of Olbia.
Food & beverage
The restaurant serves a continental breakfast from 07:30 - 10:00 and dinner from 20:00 - 22:30, with an à la carte menu, each day.
The bar is open from 10.00 - 23.00 each day.
The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the Central railway station, the seaport and the International Airport.
Olbia is very close to the Costa Smeralda, on the homonym gulf. Only few kilometres away are the most marvellous beaches of Sardinia's north-east coast: Pittulongu (2 km) and the Saline (3 km). Slightly further away are the exclusive beaches of Marinella, Bados, Sos Aranzos, Porto Istana and many other splendid small bays and coves.
Olbia is not only sea and beaches; it is also famous for it's shopping centres, nightlife, restaurants and the many pre-historical sites around the town and Arzachena (20 Km). You can also explore the Limbara Mountains (25 Km) and Lake Liscia (20 Km).
By Car:
From Olbia Airport:
- exit the airport and turn left onto the SS125
- when you reach Via Roma, turn right
- continue for approximately one kilometre
- turn left onto Via Mameli
- after 600 metres, turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto
- take the 3rd street on the right (Via Montello) and you will see the hotel on the left after approximately 20 metres.

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before date of arrival.
Late cancellation, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge one night's stay.
