All apartments are on a self-catering basis until 31 March 2008. From the first of April until 31 October 2008, apartments can be booked on a self-catering or all-inclusive basis. During this time, guests that have opted for an all-inclusive package can start the day at the breakfast buffet, served daily from 08:00 to 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 each day and dinner between 19:00 and 21:00. With sandwiches available from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:00, guests are sure never to go hungry. In addition, ice cream is served from 11:00 to 18:00 each day and beverages from 11:00 to 02:00.

By Car (from Faro Airport);
- Follow the signs to Portimão.
- Get on to the A22 motorway towards Portimão/Lagos).
- After about 70 km you will see the Alvor turn off.
- Follow the Alvor sign.
- You will come to a camping ground on your left-hand side, which is where you turn left.
- The complex will be on your right-hand side, 300 metres down the road.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children up to 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 13 to 17 years is charged EUR 10 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas only and costs EUR 6 per hour .
