- Victoria Buildings is located on Dantzic Street directly opposite the side entrance to the Printworks.
- Turn onto Shudehill by the Crown Plaza Hotel from the ring road, and continue past the new glass NCP car park on your right, and the bus interchange.
- Take the next right turn onto Dantzic Street by the Withy Grove Stores building.
- City Stop Manchester is the first building on the left-hand side.

An on-site reception is open till 20:00 each evening, and there is a 24 hour on-call manager. An out-of-hours check-in facility is available on request.

A security deposit of GBP 250 is required per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit card for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
