The flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home"
and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.
Food & beverage
Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.
Leuven is one of the nicest old cities of Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe.
Our complex is in a quiet street at the centre of the city, on walking distance of city-hall, shops, restaurants, bars, musea,....
Please take notice that the reception is only open from 8:00 until 19:00. The manager lives in the complex and can always be reached by telephone, though.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children up to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children up to 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
