Follow the signs for Coventry Cathedral, this will lead you onto Fairfax Street. You will see the hotel on the right hand side. (Entrance on Swanswell) Car parking: Pay on exit car parking is situated virtually opposite the Hotel. Cox Street (long stay) is accessed by turning left at the second set of traffic lights, then left again.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged GBP 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
