Our chef Bärtschi and his team welcome you every day with seasonal and regional dishes. The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. till 11 p.m. From 11 a.m. on you will be served at your table - a quick and pleasant service is guaranteed.

Since the Grauholz is linked to the highway, the law strictly forbids us serving or selling any kind of alcoholic drinks.

Take the motorway A1 direction Berne. The hotel Grauholz is situated on the north side of the service area Grauholz, 2 kilometers before Berne. Leave the motorway here and follow the signs to the hotel.
