Furnished to a high standard, most apartments have balconies and all are non-smoking. They are situated close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and theatres. The apartments are easily accessible by all major transport links.

Within walking distance are the Anglican and Metropolitan cathedrals and the Albert Dock; home of the Beatles Story and the Tate Gallery.

- When you reach Duke Street you will see 2 restaurants named Sapporo, Savina, look out for a street named Cornwallis Street situated just after the restaurants. (If you are coming from the China Town entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your left. If you are coming from the Dock Road/Police Headquarters entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your right).
- Turn down Cornwallis Street, this is where the office is situated.
- The office is the first block on the right, signposted BASE.

The apartment you will be staying in is not far away, so please come to the office for the keys (directions can be found in the Travel Information brochure).

We do not accept stag parties as all are apartment are in residential blocks and nuisance / noise pollution is not permitted.

Please ensure you have a valid Bank Card and Photo I.D. for security reasons.

Check in is between 13:00 and 17:00. Check out is at 11:00. If you are going to check in out of these hours, Base can arrange a courier service to drop the keys with yourself. Courier fee starts from GBP 20 for a late drop off, if you require this please inform well in advance so it can be arranged.

Please inform the office of your arrival time prior to your arrival date, using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation.

Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .

Πολιτική Προκαταβολής: Θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό τουλάχιστον 7 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη και δεν επιστρέφεται.

Φ.Π.Α και δημοτικοί/τουριστικοί φόροι: Φ.Π.Α. συμπεριλαμβάνεται.
Η χρέωση υπηρεσιών συμπεριλαμβάνεται.
Ο δημοτικός/τουριστικός φόρος δεν ισχύει.

Internet: Ασύρματη σύνδεση Internet διατίθεται σε κάποια από τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου και η χρέωση είναι GBP 20,00 ανά 24 ώρες .

Προτίμηση γεύματος: Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό δε σερβίρει γεύματα.

Χώρος στάθμευσης: Ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, απαιτείται κράτηση και κοστίζει GBP 20,00 ανά ημέρα .

Κατοικίδια: Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.
