There is no restaurant or bar in the Aviano Pension in order to protect the privacy of the guests and ensure their relaxation.

Because of construction works outside the building from February to November, Aviano Pension offers special rates in 2009.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30.

Located in a small side street near Kärntnerstrasse and the Neuer Markt (square), the guest house is in the historic part of the city. Set amongst a number of historical buildings, Pension Aviano is only a short walking distance from well-known sights such as St. Stephans Cathedral, the State Opera, Albertina and the Imperial Palace.

The nearest underground stops are Stephansplatz (U1 and U3) and Karlsplatz (U1, U2 and U4). Coming from either station, follow the Kärntner Straße until you reach the hotel.

We offer reduced parking tickets for the public garage Kärntnerstrasse near the state opera. At your departure the fee of the pulled parking tickets will be booked on the hotel park card and then you are able to drive out of the garage. (If you stay longer than the card is valid, you have to pay the difference directly at the garage).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
