Ascot Grange provides quality accommodation in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is ideally situated, just 2 miles from Leeds city centre and particularly convenient for the University, Beckets Park and the Yorkshire Cricket Ground. We are just a short drive and within easy reach of Leeds/Bradford airport, the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and Bronte country.
Please note that the hotel is non-smoking throughout.

Leeds city centre is only 2 miles away.There is a bus stop located 100 meters from the hotel and the buses are every 10 minutes to the city centre.Alternatively if you were to drive into the city from the hotel it could not be simpler there are no left or right hand turns its a straight drive.
Route from m1:
Leave the m1 following signs for the 'city centre'. Pass under the railway tunnel to arrive at city square. At the city square, follow the signs for 'all loop traffic'. This will bring you along quebec street and up east parade. At the top of east parade, carry on past the infirmary (lgi) on your left. Turn right up Portland Way. At the top of portland street turn left onto the a660. Carry on the a660 for 2 miles through headingley.Ascot Grange is opposite the bp garage.
Cancellations: If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (24 hrs or less) your credit card will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
