This modern, stylish hotel is located in the heart of Eixample; a contemporary area characterized by its mix of boulevards and small stores within the financial world of Barcelona.

The hotel offers comfortably-equipped apartments for 2-4 people in this fashionable district, just 10 minutes walk from numerous tourist attractions, such as Paseo de Gracia, La Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Other nearby delights include: the house of Milá and La Pedrera, House of the Puntxes.

You can park in the same building and pay by ticket since this is a public carpark and is not run by the hotel.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is compulsory.

There is a daily cleaning service, and complete cleaning 2 days a week, including a change of bed linen and towels, for stays of longer than 7 nights.

By Plane:
From Barcelona Airport:
- Take the commuter train to Passeig de Gracia, and then take a taxi to the night reception on Calle Muntaner, No 60, Floor No E, Office Number 2.

- Alternatively, take the daily bus (Aerobus) service that runs from the airport to the city centre. Alight before the last stop, which is plaza Universitad. From there, it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

- You could also take a taxi from the terminal outside the airport arrival gate.

Payment Information:
Once the reservation has been made the hotel will preauthorise the credit card provided and charge a 25% deposit to guarantee the reservation. The rest is payable upon arrival.At check-in you are required to pay EUR 150 deposit with a credit card. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Arrival Information:
Important: Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. It is imperative that you provide a phone number or email where you can be contacted at all times.

Key Collection:
The key collection address depends on the time and date of your arrival.

Monday to Sunday:
09:00 – 23:30 hours – check in and reception, Aramunt apartments (Calle Muntaner 60).
23:45 – 09:00 hours – reception in the Hotel Balmes (Calle Mallorca 216)

Public Holidays:
24 hour reception and check in, Hotel Balmes (Mallorca street 216).

Public Holidays in 2008:
1st and 6th Jan, 21st and 24th Mar, 1st and 12th May, 24th June, 15th August, 24th Sept, 12th Oct, 01st Nov and 6th, 8th, 25th and 26th Dec.

For reservations of more than 4 rooms, a prepayment is required:
Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to arrange the prepayment method.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
