Akti Beach Club Hotel is ideally located on a sandy beach 4 km from Kardamena town, 10 km from airport and 20 km from Kos town.

The Hotel has 189 rooms that fit to both families and couples and consists of 14 separate wing Bungalow complex, spread out in 45.000 sq. meters of beautiful gardens.

Animation : An International team of 10 animators organize, daily activities and competitions around the Pool, and the Hotel premises, evenings shows every night, Cabaret shows,( in our open air amphitheater weather permitting) games and competitions with clients participation also.


Mini Club : Open from 10.00-13.00 & 15.00- 18.00 , multi lingual animation for children from 4-12 years old with daily activities.

Sports. : mini soccer on the Multi purpose court, beach Volley, Bogdia, Basket ball, Archery, Crazy Golf, water Polo Aqua Gym, Giant Ground Chess.

Sea Sports. Operated by Third party.There is a very well organized naval base with a great variety of sea sports, Water skiing, wake-board, Pedaloes canoes, Ringos, extreme ringos and flying fish, Banana, Paragliding, jet skis Sailing boats as well as Catamarans. Speed boat rides and Trips available.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child up to 12 years stays free of charge for an extra bed.
One further child up to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for an extra bed.
All children up to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
