Golden Tulip Epe is set in the midst of the superb forests and heather moors of the Veluwe, just outside the village of Epe.

The "De Renderklippen" restaurant provides excellent meals; extensive breakfast and lunch buffets and a wide range of dinners. You can also enjoy a snack and a drink in our cosily appointed "de Dikke Tinne" bar, the lobby or the brasserie.

The woods surrounding the hotel offers a host of cycling paths, walks and bridleways (route maps and cycle-hire are available at the reception desk). As well as the free acces nature reserves in the immediate vicinity of the Golden Tulip Epe, all kinds of excursions can be made, for example to the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, the Kroller Muller Museum, the Apenheul, Paleis Het Loo and Burgers' Bush.

To Epe by Public Transport
From the NS-trainstations Apeldoorn and Zwolle you can take a bus to Epe. The buslines and times of departure are:

Line 90: twice an hour; 4 minutes to every whole hour and 4 minutes to every half hour (travelling time approx. 30 minutes), Line 95: twice an hour; 14 minutes to every whole hour and 14 minutes to every half hour (travelling time approx. 22 minutes)
You disembark at the 'centrum Epe'-stop.

To Epe by car
You can reach Epe through the following motorways: A28 (Amersfoort-Zwolle), exit Epe; A50 (Apeldoorn-Zwolle) exit Epe. In Epe follow the signs in the direction of Heerde, at restaurant 'De Veldhoeve' to the left onto the Dellenweg. After approx. 2 kilometers you can see the entrance of Golden Tulip Epe at your left side, opposite the deer park.
